Held from 9 to 11:00 a.m. on select Tuesdays, Group Tours are designed for parents looking to apply for the 2018-2019 school year.  Please check back for Early Bird Spring Tour dates.

The fall tour season is now complete. All applicant families who have no yet toured will be given a parent-to-parent tour following their parent conversation appointment. Submit a late application here >

November 1, 2016 – Sibling applications and supplemental forms due.

January 13, 2017 – General applications due.

February 1, 2017 – General applicant supplemental forms and recommendations due.

January through March – Required parent and student visits.

  • Preschool Observation – The Director of Admissions will conduct a discrete observation in the child’s natural setting. For out of town applicants and preschools that do not accommodate such visits, we will schedule a time for your child to visit Seven Arrows.
  • Student Visit – Students applying to grades 1-6 are required to spend time in the classroom. These visits vary in length and take place after the application is received, but before the parent conversation.
  • Parent Conversations – Scheduled after the student completes her visit.

March 17, 2017 – Admissions decisions mailed via USPS and email.

March 27, 2017 – Parent decision response and deposit due.

May 1, 2017 – First tuition payment due.
