Held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. on selected Tuesdays, Group Tours are designed for parents looking to apply for the 2018−2019 school year.

November 1, 2016 – Sibling applications and supplemental forms due.

January 13, 2017 – General applications due.

February 1, 2017 – General applicant supplemental forms and recommendations due.

January through March – Required parent and student visits.

  • Preschool Observation – The Director of Admissions will conduct a discreet observation in the child’s natural setting. For out-of-town applicants and those whose preschools do not accommodate such visits, we will schedule a time for your child to visit Seven Arrows.
  • Student Visit – Students applying to grades 1 through 6 are required to spend time in the classroom. These visits vary in length and take place after the application is received but before the parent conversation.
  • Parent Conversation – Scheduled after the student completes her or his visit.

March 17, 2017 – Admissions decisions mailed via USPS and email.

March 27, 2017 – Parent decision response and deposit due.

May 1, 2017 – First tuition payment due.
