What is a Hosted Event?
Hosted Events are a long-standing tradition at Seven Arrows. Formerly known as Party Book Parties, these events are open to the entire Seven Arrows community. The parties and experiences are organized, hosted, and sponsored by Seven Arrows families. They are fantastic opportunities to meet other families from various grades in fun social settings while supporting our school. Families may purchase spots at any of these parties throughout the year; nonrefundable payments may be made with cash, credit card, or check. (If an event is canceled, those who signed up will receive a refund or credit toward another event.)
How can I host an experience or event for Seven Arrows?
Families may host their own party or experience or co-host with other families. Once you have an idea and a set date (or if you need party ideas), contact Erin Lewis, the Parent Liaison, to confirm and approve the event for inclusion in our communications planning.
Parties for the 2016-2017 school year are listed below. This list will be updated as new parties become available, so check back frequently.
Sing. Eat. Drink. Repeat.
Adults only. Limited to 70 adults. This party will take place at The Gaslite in Santa Monica (2030 Wilshire Boulevard).
*NEW DATE* The Zaniac party will be a mix of Lego Robotics challenges and Minecraft games. Learn about engineering and math while tackling challenges and playing games! Build robots and explore architecture, space, and design at the Zaniac party! Limited to 20 children. This party will take place at Zaniac Santa Monica (3201 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 101) and parents do not need to stay (drop off).
Thursday, April 20 at 7:00 p.m. – Roll Your Own Sushi Party
Have you ever wanted to learn to make sushi? If yes, this is the dinner party for you! Sake, sushi, and satisfaction. Limited to 10 adults. Hosted by the Wyard family.
Friday, January 27 @ 7:00 p.m. – Tuition Assistance Pizza Party
Hosted by the Gohar and McPherson families, this party with a purpose will feature homemade pizza, world-class wines, and a delicious Stillhouse whiskey bar. There will be a raffle held during the night for an “Instant Wine Cellar” collection and several other great prizes. 100% of proceeds plus some matching will go directly to the Seven Arrows tuition assistance program! The event starts at 7:00 p.m. and goes until we raise $25,000 or run out of wine!
Sunday, October 23 at 2:30 p.m. – Story Pirates at Seven Arrows
Join our entire community for this special fundraising event. See the Story Pirates bring your Seven Arrows students’ stories to life! Enjoy singing, improv, dance, and Halloween fun over popcorn and snacks. You won’t want to miss this great family event!
